GHA Media provides on-demand video editing services to clients. These services include, but are not limited to, video editing, motion graphics, and other related creative services.
3. Client Responsibilities:

3.2 Accuracy of Information:
Clients must ensure that all information provided to GHA Media is accurate and up-to-date. GHA Media is not responsible for errors or delays caused by inaccurate client information.
4. Payment:
4.1 Payment Terms:
Clients agree to pay the specified fees for the video editing services as outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Payment is due before the commencement of the project.
4.2 Payment Gateway:
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. GHA Media does not store or have access to clients’ credit card or payment information.
5. Project Timelines:
GHA Media will provide estimated timelines for project completion. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, they are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, client-requested changes, or delays in receiving necessary information may impact project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property:
Upon completion of the video editing project and receipt of full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the edited video. GHA Media retains the right to use the completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Confidentiality:
GHA Media agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential. However, GHA Media may disclose information if required by law or to protect its rights and interests.
8. Limitation of Liability:
GHA Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
9. Termination:
Either party may terminate a project or ongoing services with written notice. Termination may result in additional fees based on work completed up to the termination date.
10. Changes to Terms of Service:
GHA Media reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the date of the last update.
