1.2 Project Cancellation by GHA Media:
GHA Media reserves the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or a violation of our terms of service. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and any payments made for the canceled project will be refunded.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1 Full Refund:
A full refund will be issued if a client cancels a project before any work has started. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
2.2 Partial Refund:
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. The determination of the refund amount will be made by GHA Media on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 Refund Process:
